Reveal Specifications

System Requirements

Reveal requires the following configurations:

  • Adobe® After Effects® 5.5, 6.0, or 6.5
  • Windows® 2000, Windows XP, Mac OS 9.2.x, or Mac OS X 10.2.x or later
    (other minor versions might also be compatible, but have not been tested)

    Note: Under Mac OS 9, if you see an “After Effects can’t continue: CarbonLib 1.4 or later is required.” message when you start After Effects, you will need to install the latest CarbonLib extension from the Support section of the Apple Web site.

The Reveal software is not an After Effects effect plug-in, so it will not work in After Effects plug-in-compatible hosts like Apple® Final Cut Pro® and Discreet™ combustion® software.
